Port d'Andratx is on the southwestern tip of Mallorca. Fisherman protect the coast from over-fishing by trawling for only a set time each day. They belong to a co-operative known locally as the "Cofradia de los Pescadores" that protects the independent fishermens' interest and sell their catch at an evening fish market where residents can bring home the same Dorado as all the best harbor cafes.
